Inviting guests
Party up through Discord, or send an interview link that only needs a browser.
There are three ways to get people on your show. Pick the one that fits:

Interview guest links (easiest)
- In the studio, open Multiplayer, or the Interview panel (Scene → Interview → Guests), and click 🔗 Copy interview guest link.
- Send the link to your guest. It works for 12 hours and for as many people as you choose (1, 2, 3 or 5).
- Your guest opens it, types a name, allows camera and mic, and presses Join the show.
- You get a knock. Click Let in. They are marked "link guest · name not verified", so nobody can pretend to be someone else.
Your guest appears on a TV screen in your set, or seated in the studio as a walking TV: you choose per guest under Where. If their connection drops, they reconnect by themselves.
Voices: a link guest who isn't in your Discord call can send their mic over the link. In OBS, tick Control audio via OBS on the VTube Pro Browser Source and set Audio Monitoring to Monitor and Output so you hear them. Wear headphones to avoid echo.
To stop the link early, click New link or Turn link off, or end the party.
Discord parties (up to 8 performers)
Friends click Join in your Discord channel, and walk into your room as their own avatar, tracked live, on everyone's OBS. You all keep talking in Discord voice as usual.
This needs a one-time setup that takes about 20 minutes:
- A Discord application and bot (free, in the Discord Developer Portal). The bot posts the Join button in a channel you choose.
- A tiny relay on your own free Cloudflare account. It only introduces the computers to each other. It never sees your avatar or your video. VTube Pro includes a deploy script for it.
- Optional TURN so people on strict networks can always connect.
- In VTube Pro, go to OBS tab → Multiplayer → Discord setup, paste your relay URL and Client ID, and click Connect Discord.

What happens to my avatar?
When you join someone's party, you choose whether to share your avatar and who may see it (everyone, only verified members of the host's server, or only the host). It travels encrypted from PC to PC, is kept sealed in memory only, and is wiped when you leave. It's never saved to anyone's disk, and it can't be exported from VTube Pro. More on privacy.
Guests without a 3D avatar
Friends who join through Discord but don't have a 3D model can appear as a walking TV showing their webcam or their VTube Studio model. They walk in, sit down and gesture along with their voice.
Grab a Discord camera instead
Already in a Discord call? Use 🎥 Use their Discord camera instead…: share the call window, drag a box over their video tile, give it a name, and they appear on a screen in your set. The guest does nothing. Up to four at once.
